The Williams County Sheriff’s Dept made an arrest Tues­day evening. Offi­cers took 52 year old Rod­ney Tin­gle of Mont­pe­lier into cus­tody on charges of dis­or­derly con­duct and dis­or­derly con­duct while vol­un­tar­ily intox­i­cated. No other details sur­round­ing Tingle’s arrest have been released.
