Bicyclist Badly Hurt

A bicyclist is in critical condition after a hit-and-run crash in Allen County. Police and medics responded to the accident in the 5300 block of Bull Rapids Road, just north of Woodburn near U.S. 24. They found the victim, a teenager, at the scene. He was taken to a hospital in very serious condition. The victim was later downgraded to critical. The suspect in the vehicle left the scene before officers arrived. There is no information or any witnesses.
