Police in Defiance arrest two people after a traffic stop turns up $11,000 worth of methamphetamine and heroin. A state trooper pulled the vehicle over on S.R. 15, near U.S. 24. During the stop, a police dog alerted to possible drugs in the vehicle. Inside, police find 93 grams of methamphetamine and 3 grams of heroin. Troopers arrest James Rath of Bryan and Jessica McDaniel of Pioneer on drug charges. The investigation reveals their three children were left in a Wauseon motel room. They are now in protective custody at this hour.
