Blades Faces Charges

Hicksville Police is investigating an abduction case Tuesday at the Marathon station on High St. The alleged victim, an adult female, contacts Antwerp police. Officials say at that point…she was already free and away with minor injuries. Who did this to her?…she says it’s Douglas Blade. Soon, deputies show up at Blades house. He doesn’t want to talk to them. A perimeter is set up. A few hours later…Blade comes out and is arrested. He’s at CCNO, now…on a list of charges. State and local officials continue to investigate.
