Boat Inspections Offered

Free boat-safety equip­ment inspec­tions are now being offered through next Fri­day, May 23 by the Ohio Depart­ment of Nat­ural Resources in Lucas, Henry, and Wood coun­ties.

In Lucas County, inspec­tors will be at Meinke Marina from 5 to 7 p.m. Fri­day and at Cullen Park Boat Ramp from 1 to 2 p.m. Sat­ur­day.

In Henry County, inspec­tions will be at Rit­ter Park in Napoleon, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. May 23 and at Mary Jane Thurston State Park in McClure, from 7 to 8 p.m. the same day.

In Wood County, the event is sched­uled for 5:30 to 7 p.m. Mon­day at Maple Street Boat Ramp in Perrysburg
