The Williams County Port Authority approved purchasing a property for development and selling a house currently under construction. Both properties are on Oak Street in Edgerton…with them purchasing 444 N. Oak St. and selling 307 N. Oak St. Officials say…they agreed to bid up to $10,000 for the property but were able to secure the purchase at $9,750. In other business, the authority approved purchasing three lots on Lynn Street in West Unity. With that purchase, that brings properties owned by the authority to: three in West Unity, three in Edgerton, one in Montpelier, two in Edon, three pending in Pioneer and one in Bryan.
