Bryan Man Killed

Officials are investigating a fatal car vs. train crash on North Union Street in Pulaski Township. They told reporters John Restainer of Bryan was northbound on County Road 15D. Witnesses told officers Restainer drove around several gates that were down at a railroad crossing. There, his van was hit by a train on the driver’s side. Restainer was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Williams County Coroner.
