On Monday, 24 year old Stefan R. Bates of Bryan, was arrested and taken into custody by Bryan Police, on a charge of Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments. Bates, it was then learned, had a felony warrant out for his arrest through Williams County Court, and also another warrant for his arrest, issued by Fulton County Court.
Police turned him over to the Williams County Sheriff’s Department, and Bates was locked up in CCNO.
