Butler Gets 10

A Defiance man who led police in a pursuit in November forgoes a jury trial in Defiance County and is sentenced to prison. Cameron Butler gets a 10-year prison term for assault and more. Prosecutors say he intentionally struck a city police cruiser outside the police department on Perry Street. He then left the scene, failed to stop when ordered by officers and led them on a pursuit in Defiance. Several police cruisers and privately owned cars were damaged in the chase.
