Two men were taken to CCNO on out­stand­ing warrants. 36-year-old William Bar­nett of Wauseon was arrested on a war­rant from Ful­ton County. At an unre­lated inci­dent, 35-year-old Andrew Kendall of Bryan was arrested for resist­ing arrest. He had two felony war­rants issued in Williams County.
