An OVI arrest in Bryan on Monday evening sent a local man to jail. Bryan Police report that around 6:12 last evening, they nabbed 35 year old Edward T. Allen II of 600 S. Union St., Lot 17 in Bryan, and arrested him for OVI. Allen was taken to CCNO.
