CHILD’S DEATH UNDER INVESTIGATION

Police say a 1-year-old boy is dead after he was found unre­spon­sive in an Ohio home.

It hap­pened in Hamil­ton Fri­day night. The child was rushed to a hos­pi­tal where he died on Sun­day.

Hamil­ton police ini­tially charged 20-year-old Dylan Tomp­kins with child endan­ger­ing.

Police say charges against Tomp­kins may now be upgraded.
