The Ohio Ethics Commission wants the Williams County Board of Elections to forward one of two election complaints filed recently against Shaun Fulk, a candidate running for Williams County sheriff. The complaint, filed by a Bryan resident, alleges Fulk wore a Stryker police uniform while he campaigned for sheriff at a booth during at least three days of the Williams County Fair, in violation of two sections of the Ohio Revised Code.
