Officials say responders found that one car, driven by Courtney Nelson of Columbia City, crossed 3…without yielding to a second vehicle, with Ashely Dodson of Kendallville behind the wheel. Both cars leave the roadway in the collision. Both drivers sustain minor injuries. The investigation into the crash continues.
