Crash On Ohio 2

Williams County deputies say…Cody Hartman, 24, of Bryan, was driving east on Ohio 2…when his car goes off the left side of the roadway, east of County Road 20. The car slides down the embankment, hitting a tree. The crash finally ends…in the Tiffin River. Hartman is okay…officials say he escaped his sinking vehicle…but getting it out of the frozen water was a problem. He is cited in the wreck. The dive team was called in to help retrieve the car. An investigation on the crash continues.
