Deadly ATV Crash In PC

A 31-year-old Henry County man dies after losing control of his all-terrain vehicle in Putnam County. Officials say Zachary Cassidy, of New Bavaria, was on Putnam County Road 19…when he veers off the right side of the roadway, south of County Road L. He over-corrects…going off off the left side of the roadway, smashing into a utility pole. Cassidy is thrown from the wreckage. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Putnam County Coroner’s Office…alcohol is believed to be a factor. The accident remains under investigation.
