Delta man dies in crash with no seat belt

A Delta man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Ful­ton County Mon­day. The dri­ver, 24-year-old Jacob Bald­win was pro­nounced dead at the scene in the county’s Swan Creek Town­ship, accord­ing to the Ohio High­way Patrol. Bald­win was dri­ving a pickup truck north on Town­ship Road 4–1 near County Road B about 5:20 p.m. when for unknown rea­sons he lost con­trol of the vehi­cle, drove off the road, over­turned and struck a tree. Bald­win was not wear­ing a seat belt.
