A 23 year old man from La Crosse, Wisconsin is arrested by Indiana State Police at the 153 mile marker on the Toll Road. A search of Rymone Taylor’s car netted five grams of cocaine, a handgun and more than $9,500 cash. Taylor was taken to the Steuben County lockup.
