A former Holgate school board member…who pled guilty to theft…is sentenced to up to three months in jail, Adam Eis will also pay $100,000 dollars in restitution. Eis also agreed to close his business, NETS, which was associated with the crime. After 10 days served at CCNO, Eis is eligible to apply for a work release. Basically…Eis took some investment capital for his business from several people…but prosecutors say he used the money for something else…that’s theft. Eis served on the Holgate School Board from January 2020 to October 2021, when he resigned, citing a move out of the district.
