A Williams County woman can’t stay out of trouble. Officials say Rhonda Fischer of Montpelier was brought in by officers for the third time. Before it was two arrests connected to meth possession and related charges. Now, she doesn’t go to her probation officer…this after spending time in jail on those previous drug charges. Officers, with warrant in hand, arrest Fischer at a Williams Center address…and she is now at CCNO.
