Free Fish

The Ful­ton County Soil and Water Con­ser­va­tion Dis­trict now is tak­ing orders for the annual fish fin­ger­ling dis­tri­b­u­tion pro­gram. The dead­line to order is May 9. Pick-up is May 13 at the Ful­ton County Fair­grounds in Wauseon.

Once all orders are received, cus­tomers will be noti­fied of their pick-up time. Those get­ting fish will need to bring con­tain­ers such as a trash can or five-gallon pails, lined with a new garbage bag.

Species offered for sale are bluegill, chan­nel cat­fish, large­mouth bass, redear sun­fish, yel­low perch, fat­head min­nows, and oth­ers.
