A Fremont man surrendered peacefully Sunday after the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office and Fremont Police responded to a call regarding battery with bodily injury. Jacob Spradlin was found him at a Fremont home. Police formed a perimeter around the residence and finally got Spradlin to come out, where he surrendered. Fremont Police charged Spradlin with Battery resulting in bodily injury… a Class A Misdemeanor.
