Fulton County will receive $735,000 for radio system and dispatch station upgrades through the fiscal year 2024 Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS)awards for Ohio. An article in the Bryan Times states U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH)announced new investments for law enforcement and first responders across Ohio. Brown secured these investments after hearing from Ohio communities and fighting to address their needs in the recently passed bipartisan government funding package. “The best ideas don’t come out of Washington- they come from Ohioans who know better than anyone what their communities need,” said Brown.
