Fulton County woman was killed in a one-vehicle crash near Fayette

A Fulton County woman was killed in a one-vehicle crash near Fayette early Monday morning. The victim was identified as 42 year old Nancy Pennington of Wauseon. She was pronounced dead at the scene by the Fulton County Coroner’s Office. The Toledo post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported that at 12:28 a.m. Monday, Pennington was southbound on Ohio 108, north of County Road T and left the roadway. She overcorrected and the vehicle came back onto the roadway and rolled. The vehicle came to rest upright in the middle of Ohio 108. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in this crash, which remains under investigation.
