In anticipation of spring-like weather later this week, Glass City Metropark’s Ribbon ice skating trail has ended the ice skating season early. The ice skating season, which was originally planned to last until March 15th, officially ended Monday, according to Metropark Toledo authorities. On Tuesday, they posted on Facebook that they want to have “an fantastic spring and summer at Glass City Metropark” and that they will reopen for roller skating by April 10th.
