Gossman In Court

A Napoleon man enters a plea in a Henry County courtroom. Eric Gossman pleads guilty to felonious assault…accused of threatening a city police officer with a potentially deadly weapon during a theft investigation. A pre-sentence investigation is ordered and his $100,000 cash bond continued. Sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 8. Gossman is held at CCNO. Prosecutors told the court Gossman threatened a Napoleon police officer with the sharp end of a pair of handcuffs.
