Hicksville Plant Sale

It’s Moth­ers Day Week­end, and the Hicksville Beau­ti­fi­ca­tion Com­mit­tee is hold­ing the annual Mother’s Day plant sale today until 6 p.m. and tomor­row from 9 a.m.-1 p.m at the Hicksville Town­ship build­ing, right across from the school.

Annu­als and peren­ni­als are being sold in flats, indi­vid­ual pots, hang­ing bas­kets and planters.

New at this year’s event, are a vari­ety of edu­ca­tional pro­grams coor­di­nated by com­mit­tee mem­ber and Mas­ter Gar­dener Bobbi Sinn.

Pro­ceeds from the sale will be put toward beau­ti­fi­ca­tion of the vil­lage of Hicksville.
