HISTORICAL SOCIETY OPEN HOUSE SCHEDULED

The Put­nam County His­tor­i­cal Soci­ety will be hold­ing its 28th annual Christ­mas open house at their museum.

This year’s event will be held Fri­day from 6–9 p.m. and Sun­day from 1–4 p.m.

Vic­to­rian doll houses will be on dis­play dur­ing the open house.

This year the PCHS is spon­sor­ing a Christ­mas raf­fle that will include a dec­o­rated Christ­mas tree, nativ­ity cen­ter­piece and Christ­mas wreath. The draw­ing will be held on Sun­day. Tick­ets are $1 each or 6 for $5. The museum, located at 201 Main St., Kalida, will also be open Dec. 15 from 1–4 p.m.
