A Montpelier man is badly hurt in a crash north of Montpelier, along Ohio 20 and Ohio 576 in Bridgewater Township. Nicholas Fee was driving north on 576 while a semi, driven by Emery Scharbarth was going east on 20. Officials say Fee failed to stop for the stop sign and drove into the path of the semi. He was flown to Parkview in Fort Wayne. Scharbarth was not injured in the accident. The roadways were closed at the scene for several hours.
