A traffic stop on the Indiana Toll Road nets a DUI arrest. Indiana troopers pulled over Franciso Cortes of Cleveland near the 117 mile marker, west of the Howe LaGrange exit. Further investigation nets 63 grams of cocaine, digital scales, and $564.00 in cash. Cortes faces drug charges as well.
