ITR Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Charges

A man and a woman are arrested on the Indiana Toll Road in Steuben County on multiple drug charges. A trooper pulled a truck over for a registration problem at the toll plaza near Fremont. He smelled marijuana coming from the cab. The driver, Arnold Scott of South Bend and his female passenger, Acasia Haynes of Mishawaka, were both taken into custody.
