Job Scene Looking Very Good

Job numbers continue to shine in the region. Williams County continued its long run below the state and national averages. Officials this week said September’s unemployment numbers are the lowest since December 1969, that’s according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Forecasters say tax cuts, record job growth and companies digging deeper to hire are the reasons given by numerous economists for the impressive totals.
