A Williams County man is arrested on sexual conduct charges. Robert Kelley of Bryan is accused of unlawful relations with a teenaged female. Investigators say the incident occurred late Friday. Kelley was brought in later and taken to the Corrections Center in Stryker. He was later released on bond. A hearing is set for Thursday.
