KIWANIS FUNDS EDUCATION

Wednes­day was a big day for many area stu­dents, thanks to the gen­eros­ity of one area ser­vice orga­ni­zaion.

The Bryan Kiwa­nis Club pre­sented schol­ar­ships to 2013 grad­u­ates of area high schools toward their col­lege edu­ca­tion.

Accord­ing to an arti­cle in today’s Bryan Times, the recip­i­ents are shar­ing $7,500 in Kiwa­nis schol­ar­ship funds pre­sented this aca­d­e­mic year.
