A man is pulled from his burning car by a “good Samaritan” on County Road 68 in Dekalb County. Taylor Radcliffe of Waterloo was westbound when he ran off the roadway. Radcliffe’s vehicle crashed into a tree stump, catching fire. A passerby was able to help Radcliff out of the burning car. He was transported to Parkview Regional with injuries to his face and head.
