Massive new public art project slated to change Toledo skyline along Maumee River.

As Toledo is ready to reveal what organizers claim will be the largest veteran mural in the world on April 23, a massive new public art project is slated to change the skyline along the Maumee River.  The piece, which will span 13 piers of the Veterans’ Glass City Skyway Bridge, will feature enormous 85-foot-tall soldier portraits intended to honor U.S. service members across generations, according to artist and project leader Dean Davis.
