Merged Services Announced

First Call for Help Inc., of Napoleon, and Fam­ily Ser­vice of North­west Ohio, based in Toledo, have merged their ser­vices, effec­tive July 1.

Fam­ily Ser­vice of North­west Ohio has an office in Wauseon, through Four County Fam­ily Cen­ter, and offers coun­sel­ing, home care, out­reach, advo­cacy and pre­ven­tion edu­ca­tion ser­vices. It is a non-profit agency that has been assist­ing fam­i­lies for more than 110 years.

Accord­ing to the Cres­cent News, the deci­sion to merge with First Call was made at the FSNO’s board of trustees meet­ing last month.

The facil­ity for First Call in Napoleon will remain as it is, as will the facil­ity for FSNO in Wauseon, and there will be no changes in per­son­nel accord­ing to the announce­ment.
