First Call for Help Inc., of Napoleon, and Family Service of Northwest Ohio, based in Toledo, have merged their services, effective July 1.
Family Service of Northwest Ohio has an office in Wauseon, through Four County Family Center, and offers counseling, home care, outreach, advocacy and prevention education services. It is a non-profit agency that has been assisting families for more than 110 years.
According to the Crescent News, the decision to merge with First Call was made at the FSNO’s board of trustees meeting last month.
The facility for First Call in Napoleon will remain as it is, as will the facility for FSNO in Wauseon, and there will be no changes in personnel according to the announcement.
