A Michigan truck driver has entered a plea after being charged in Henry County Common Pleas Court for causing two road fatalities on U.S. 24 last year. 47 year old George Mousa, of Dearborn, Michigan, entered a no contest plea to two first-degree misdemeanor counts of vehicular homicide.
Judge Amy Rosebrook found him guilty of each. Mousa was granted a personal-recognizance bond with conditions, including surrendering his passport and being placed on electronic monitoring, and a pre-sentence investigation was ordered.
Sentencing was set for September 1 at 3 p.m.
