An area church wants to help those in need in the Carolinas…this in the wake of Hurricane Florence. St. John’s Lutheran Church on Broad St. in Montpelier has reserved a large freight truck to send “flood buckets,” full of cleaning supplies for those who need help after the storm to get their homes back in order. The church says they could use some help when the truck is loaded up this week for its run to the Carolinas on Saturday.
