A soldier charged with strangling a man and stabbing another is facing a key hearing in a southeastern Michigan court.
A judge must decide whether there’s enough evidence to send 31-year-old Brian Gogue to trial on charges of murder and attempted murder.
Joel Krutsch of Adrian was killed Oct. 5 at a mobile home. An 18-year-old man from Adrian was also stabbed.
Police say Gogue was on leave from the U.S. Army and visiting his estranged wife at the time.
