The YMCA of Steuben County announces Tammy Bowen is their new chief operating officer. Bowen joined them in 2020 as the Membership Director where she has been instrumental in facilitating operational changes, staff development, and membership growth. Prior to coming to the YMCA, Bowen earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and her master’s degree in college student personnel from Western Illinois University. She spent 21 years in higher education where she helped thousands of students.
