New Superintendent at Edgerton.

The Edgerton Local Schools Board of Education voted to approve a superintendent contract Monday for Ben Wilhelm, current middle and high school principal. Wilhelm, who has been principal for four years, will take over for Interim Superintendent Tim Meister on Aug. 1. Meister was appointed early this year following the resignation of the former superintendent. Wilhelm’s salary will be 102,000 annually. He says he’s grateful to be working with such a great staff and the students.
