Ohio woman sues Dole over listeria outbreak that sickened Mom

An Ohio woman is suing Dole over the recent listeria outbreak coming from the vegetable producers Springfield plant. The woman filed the lawsuit saying her mother bought Dole salad mix at a Kroger store and became ill from listeria and went into a coma. At least 18 people became sick after listeria was linked to the plant, including one person from Michigan who died. The woman in this case is still hospitalized and can’t move her legs.
