Ohio’s 6th District Court of Appeals has reversed an injunction concerning Dad’s Place in Bryan. According to a media release from attorneys representing the pastor (Chris Avell) who operates the church, the decision allows temporary shelter there to continue while Bryan city officials pursue civil enforcement action in the trial court.
