Paulding OVI suspect indicted

A Pauld­ing man was indicted for a Decem­ber OVI arrest. 39-year-old Tracy Lowe is charged with a Decem­ber inci­dent where police say he fled from them at a “high rate of speed,” dri­ving under the influ­ence and assaulted an offi­cer when he was arrested.
