PUTNAM COUNTY INMATE WHO WALKED OFF RETURNS

He’s back. An inmate at the adult detention center in Putnam County that failed to return to the facility after going to an AA meeting in Ottawa last Tuesday has turned himself in.

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office says 19 year old Joe Vera III returned on his own.
