Rash Enters Plea

Elias Rash of Archbold pleads guilty to two counts of gross sexual imposition. A pre-sentence investigation is ordered and his personal-recognizance bond was continued. Sentencing is now scheduled for Dec. 9th. A Williams County grand jury came to the conclusion that back in January…he engaged he had sex with two girls, 15 and 14, by using force, or the threat of force. The two charges were each amended from rape in the plea deal. He could get up to five years in prison.
