Resolution authorizing memorandum of understanding relating to cash advancements to Hillside Country Living approved.

A resolution authorizing a memorandum of understanding relating to cash advancements to Hillside Country Living was approved by the Williams County commissioners on Thursday.  The Ohio Auditor of State’s Office requested the MOU in order to establish a transparent paper trail of the money transfers from the county to Hillside, which is still experiencing financial difficulties.
