Robots to clean some floors at Stryker School.

Stryker Superintendent Nate Johnson informed the board of education this week that a plan being implemented for the upcoming school year calls for robots to clean some of the floors at the school.
According to Johnson, junior high robotics students will operate the controls and program the tech department’s cleaning robots to clean designated floor areas.  A part-time janitor’s job will be replaced by the new robotic cleaning program. Johnson stated that there would be “no need” to hire a part-time caretaker going forward.
