SEARCH ON FOR MISSING 15 YEAR OLD

Police are turn­ing to the pub­lic for help as they search for a 15-year-old girl that has been miss­ing since Tues­day.

Accord­ing to the DeKalb County Police Depart­ment, 15 year old Carol Lynn Payne has been unac­counted for since Tues­day around 9 p.m.

The girl is 15-years-old, is 5’3″ and weighs between 130–140 pounds. She has straight blonde shoul­der length hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wear­ing a red shirt with light blue pajama pants and brown cow­girl boots.
